On Mozzhukhinskaya Street, garbage has not been collected for three weeks, according to local жители. The company promised collection on May 9, then rescheduled to May 12, creating confusion about collection schedules. When contacted, the operator responded that waste would be removed by May 8 with results to be reported separately.

Problems extend beyond single streets. жители report insufficient containers in some areas. Previously, individual bins were available, but the operator now charges additional fees despite жители already paying per registered household member.

In the settlement of Krapivinskiy, containers remain overfilled for months, жители say. This ситуация has raised concerns about environmental contamination of water, soil, and air. Multiple complaints from жители remain unanswered.
